We provide professional window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. The specific services to be provided will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Bookings and Quotes

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may vary based on the condition of the property, accessibility, and any additional requirements not included in the original quote.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes significantly from the original assessment.

4. Access Requirements

To carry out our services effectively, we require:

  • Clear access to all windows and areas to be cleaned
  • Access to an outdoor tap if water-fed pole cleaning is required
  • Notification of any hazards, pets, or special considerations
  • For interior cleaning, someone over 18 must be present on the property

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.
  • Regular customers may arrange payment by standing order.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
  • We may cancel or reschedule appointments due to adverse weather conditions for safety reasons.
  • If we need to cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative date.

7. Our Guarantee

We take pride in our work and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the clean and we will return to put it right at no additional charge.

8. Insurance and Liability

  • We carry comprehensive public liability insurance.
  • We will not be held liable for damage to window seals, frames, or glass that is already defective or in poor condition.
  • Any pre-existing damage should be reported before work commences.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

9. Weather Conditions

We use purified water systems that leave windows clean even if it rains. However, in extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, freezing temperatures), we may need to reschedule for safety reasons. We will always try to complete scheduled work where it is safe to do so.

10. Health and Safety

Our operatives follow strict health and safety guidelines. We may refuse to carry out work that we consider unsafe or that would put our team or your property at risk.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
