Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior cleaning. As long as we can reach your windows (for example, side gates are unlocked), we'll clean while you're out and let you know when we've finished. For interior cleaning we'll arrange a time that suits you.
Can you clean windows in the rain?
Yes. Because we clean with purified water, rain doesn't affect the result. Once your windows are clean, rain simply runs off without leaving marks.
Are you insured?
Yes, we're fully insured with comprehensive public liability insurance, and you can ask to see our certificate at any time.
